The community of Tzameret Arnona is an Ashkenazi, modern Orthodox kehilla in a new neighborhood on the Talpiot-Arnona border of Jerusalem. This area already has welcomed some 800 families and will continue to grow with the construction of new residential towers. There is a strong presence of new and veteran olim (with many English speakers), as well as many native Israelis.

השכונה צמרת ארנונה הוא אזור חדש יחסית, סמוך לארנונה הוותיקה בצד הדרום מערבי שלה. קיימת בנייה חדשה יחסית ויש בנייה לגובה בעיקר. מבני המגורים נבנו סביב לכיכר מרכזי עם פארק יפה ועם מבני ציבור. מתגוררים בה כ-800 משפחות עם מגוון של עולים, ותיקים ומשפחות צעירות . יש עולים מארצות דוברי אנגלית וצרפתית.
